Step-by-Step Procedures:

  1. Select [Bankruptcy>Other]

  2. Enter case number and click Next

  3. Select Small Business Debtor's Designation/(Rule 1020 from event pick list and click Next

  4. Select Party from party pick list you represent or Add/Create New Party and click Next

The Attorney/Party association page may display.

  1. Select one, click Next

  1. If Small Business Debtor Designation is selected, go to step #7

If Small Business Debtor Designation Subchapter V is selected, the following will appear:

  1. The PDF Document selection page will display.

  2. Browse, View, and Attach, click Next

  3. The Final Text screen will display.  This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing. Add prefix, if required.

  4. Verify the accuracy of the docket text.    If not correctClosedclick Bankruptcy to start over/if correct

Small Business selected

Small Business Debtor Designation FIled by (party).

Small Business, Subchapter V selected

Small Business Debtor Designation Subchapter V. Filed by (party). Chapter 11 Subchapter V Plan due by 5/12/2020.

  1. Click Next to complete the filing process
