Effective 2/19/2020, Public Law 116-54, the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019, establishes a new subchapter V of chapter 11. In an involuntary Chapter 11, within 14 days after entry of an order for relief, the debtor shall file a statement as to whether the debtor is a small business debtor, and if so, whether the debtor elects to have subchapter V apply.
Step-by-Step Procedures:

Select [Bankruptcy>Other]

Enter case number and click Next

Select Small Business Debtor's Designation/(Rule 1020 from event pick list and click Next

Select Party from party pick list you represent or Add/Create New Party and click Next
The Attorney/Party

Select one, click Next
- If Small Business Debtor Designation is selected, go to step #7
If Small Business Debtor Designation Subchapter V is selected, the following will appear:
- Click Next

The PDF Document selection page will display.

Browse, View, and Attach, click Next

The Final Text screen will display. This is your final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing. Add prefix, if required.
